Useful reports include the name, the model or tool that produced it, roughly when you saw it, and a public source or reproducible example if you have one. Please do not send private manuscripts or sensitive personal information.
Corrections
The checker is deliberately small and curated. If a source has changed, a claim is outdated, or a name deserves to be moved between tiers, corrections are welcome. The goal is to make the tool more useful, not to defend a score forever.

Name Slop Checker does not provide legal clearance for character names, trademarks, pen names, or book titles. A “clear” result only means the name is not on this site's current AI-overuse lists.
